Implementation of our new "Try and hire" product
In an attempt to meet our client’s requirements we have decided to implement a new service, which combines the advantages of IT employee outsourcing with recruitment services.
We named this service with the phrase of "Try and hire". The proposed solution allows for thorough verification of candidate’s competences without the need of hiring him, followed, after a specified period of time and verification of competences, with the provision of the opportunity for hiring for a regular post within our client’s company.
